Excerpts from - THE DECLARATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL - May 14, 1948
ERETZ-ISRAEL [(Hebrew) - the Land of Israel, [Palestine] was the birthplace of the Jewish people. Here their spiritual, religious and political identity was shaped. Here they first attained to statehood, created cultural values of national and universal significance and gave to the world the eternal Book of Books.
ACCORDINGLY, WE, MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, REPRESENTATIVES OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY OF ERETZ-ISRAEL AND OF THE ZIONIST MOVEMENT, ARE HERE ASSEMBLED ON THE DAY OF THE TERMINATION OF THE BRITISH MANDATE OVER ERETZ-ISRAEL AND, BY VIRTUE OF OUR NATURAL AND HISTORIC RIGHT AND ON THE STRENGTH OF THE RESOLUTION OF THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY, HEREBY DECLARE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A JEWISH STATE IN ERETZ-ISRAEL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STATE OF ISRAEL.
THE STATE OF ISRAEL will be open for Jewish immigration and for the In-gathering of the Exiles; it will be based on freedom, justice and peace as envisaged by the prophets of Israel… for the realization of the age-old dream - the redemption of Israel.
PLACING OUR TRUST IN THE "ROCK OF ISRAEL", WE AFFIX OUR SIGNATURES TO THIS PROCLAMATION AT THIS SESSION OF THE PROVISIONAL COUNCIL OF STATE, ON THE SOIL OF THE HOMELAND, IN THE CITY OF TEL-AVIV, ON THIS SABBATH EVE, THE 5TH DAY OF IYAR, 5708 (14TH MAY,1948).

"The 1955 Israeli government year-book said, "It is called the 'State of Israel' because it is part of the Land of Israel and not merely a Jewish State. The creation of the new State by no means derogates from the scope of historical Eretz Israel"."
Wikipedia "The Land of Israel"
The land of Israel is not merely a Jewish State; the vision given to the Prophets of Israel by the God/Rock of Israel was one of a whole, united family living again in the land of their fathers. To strive for anything else, anything less than this is to not only deny the prophetic inevitability of the word of God as given to the prophets, but to also violate the stipulations in UN resolution 181;
"The stipulations contained in the Declaration are recognized as fundamental laws of the State and no law, regulation or official action shall conflict or interfere with these stipulations, nor shall any law, regulation or official action prevail over them."
Israel must be declared an Israelite nation, for this is a New Day, the day of YHWH, the time to recognize the fulfillment of the words of God as given to the Prophets of old!
12 And He will set up an ensign for the nations, and will assemble the dispersed of Israel, and gather together the scattered of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
14 And they shall fly down upon the shoulder of the Philistines on the west; together shall they spoil the children of the east; they shall put forth their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.
Isaiah 11
The words and spirit of the ancient Sages are enshrined in Israel's Declaration of Independence as written and signed by the visionaries of 1948. It is the sacred obligation of each government to uphold and to promote the promises of this Declaration and to strive to live up to the high standards that it demands, just as it is our legal and moral responsibility as an Amutah to express these Truths.
The family of Israel consist of the seed of Jacob's 12 sons, and the House of Israel never knew Judaism. The standards that the House of Israel and the House of Judah had in common were the instructions of Moses; the exiled of Israel would know nothing of practicing Judaism, nor would they be required to be practitioners of it as a prerequisite for returning to live in their ancestral homeland.
"22 Remember ye the law of Moses My servant, which I commanded unto him
in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances.
23 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and
terrible day of YHWH.
24 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the
children to their fathers; lest I come and smite the land with utter destruction."
Malachi 3
18 In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.'
3 For, lo, the days come, saith YHWH, that I will turn the captivity of My people Israel and Judah, saith YHWH; and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.'
25 At that time, saith YHWH, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people.
Jeremiah 3:18, 30:3, 25
These Truths are known to you already; we are not addressing the lay public but learned men who have studied the Word all their lives. The time of denial is over; this year, 2017 represents 50 years since our people left America to return home to Israel and 2018 will represent 70 years since the Declaration of Independence. It is time to stand for the whole Truth of the Declaration of Independence and embrace the reality of the Whole House of Israel as one Israelite family and nation.
Sincerely yours,
Anaviel Ben Eleazer HaCohen -Ralph Harris
